exploring health professions

The Exploring Health Professions program aims to enhance students' knowledge of healthcare careers and public health. By utilizing project-based learning, networking, public health objectives, and shadowing opportunities, students will acquire proficiency in healthcare workplaces. This approach enables students to conduct in-depth research, establish professional connections, and gain an understanding of the medical industry through Project-Based Learning. In addition, students will design a focused capstone project in their area of interest that is both purposeful, relevant, and gives back to the community.

Professional observations will take place on a limited basis and require the following:

1) Background check, 2) TB screen, 3) Drug Screen, and 3) Up-to-Date Vaccinations
