As part of YEP KC, students are paired with local business leaders to explore interests and unlock their potential. They have the opportunity to directly interact with serial entrepreneurs.  The internship offers a unique rotating schedule that allows students to gain experience with multiple well-respected startups in the KC area. The program offers an opportunity for high engagement with leadership teams, as well as an opportunity to network with other students and KC professionals. In addition to the paid summer internships, students receive college scholarships and continue to meet as a cohort during the transition to college and beyond.
